Return Policy
Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to request a return within this timeframe.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiate a return by contacting us at info@molucks.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if there is an error in the item received, promptly contact us. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and upon approval of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Within this period, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The conditions for return mirror those outlined above, including the requirement for the item to be in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
